Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all warehouse activities during night shift operations
- Supervise 15-20 team members, ensuring adherence to safety protocols
- Optimize inventory management and order fulfillment processes
- Conduct daily performance reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Resolve operational challenges and escalate critical issues
- Maintain accurate documentation of shift activities and reports
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless transition
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse/supervisory experience
- Proven ability to lead teams in high-pressure environments
- Familiarity with WMS systems and inventory management
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
