Responsibilities
- Oversee 10-15 warehouse staff during overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Monitor inventory management systems and resolve discrepancies
- Enforce safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Coordinate with day-shift supervisors for operational continuity
- Train new hires on equipment operation (forklifts, scanners)
- Process daily production reports and performance metrics
- Manage emergency situations with calm, decisive leadership
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Forklift certification and heavy machinery proficiency
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure environments
- Basic knowledge of WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Valid California driver's license
- Availability for flexible scheduling including weekends
