Responsibilities
- Accurately scan and sort incoming/outgoing packages using RF scanners
- Load and unload trucks with proper lifting techniques
- Maintain inventory records and report discrepancies
- Operate electric pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Reliable transportation to our Baltimore facility
- Availability to start immediately (within 48 hours of offer)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours per shift
- Pass background check and drug screening
