Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ night shift associates in receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Enforce OSHA compliance and safety protocols during peak operational hours
- Optimize workflow efficiency using WMS systems and real-time data analysis
- Conduct pre-shift safety briefings and performance evaluations
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics with day shift teams
- Resolve operational escalations with minimal supervision
- Maintain accurate inventory records and cycle count documentation
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience with night shift exposure
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety credentials
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and warehouse technology
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to work autonomously
- Valid forklift certification and equipment operation experience
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand/walk 8+ hours nightly
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's preferred
