Responsibilities
- Load and unload shipments efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Sort, organize, and label inventory according to company standards
- Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies
- Operate warehouse machinery safely and follow all protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Perform quality checks on incoming/outgoing products
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license preferred (not mandatory)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to our Indianapolis facility
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
