Responsibilities
- Oversee 10-15 night shift personnel, including training and performance management
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments and inventory control systems
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and emergency response procedures
- Optimize warehouse layouts using WMS software (SAP/JDA experience preferred)
- Conduct daily operational briefings and shift handovers
- Resolve equipment malfunctions and coordinate maintenance schedules
- Generate performance reports and process improvement recommendations
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supply chain management experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in climate-controlled environment
- Valid Indiana driver's license with clean record
- Associates degree in logistics or related field preferred
- Experience with automated conveyor systems a plus
