Apex Logistics Solutions is expanding our operations in El Paso and is seeking a dedicated Night Shift Warehouse Supervisor to join our elite team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for logistics, we want to hear from you. This is a night shift position (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM) with immediate hire availability.
As a Supervisor, you will be the backbone of our evening operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and accuracy in all inventory management tasks.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all night shift warehouse operations to ensure production targets are met efficiently and accurately.
- Manage inventory levels using our WMS (Warehouse Management System) and conduct cycle counts.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a secure working environment.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of warehouse associates to maximize productivity and morale.
- Coordinate with day shift management for seamless handovers and operational continuity.
- Monitor equipment maintenance and resolve logistical bottlenecks immediately.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and incident reporting.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics.
- Previous supervisory or lead experience preferred.
- Ability to work full-time night shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Forklift certification (CDL preferred but not required).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory software.
