Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 night shift team members to meet daily production targets
- Coordinate inbound/outbound freight operations and inventory management
- Enforce OSHA safety protocols and maintain warehouse cleanliness standards
- Train staff on equipment operation (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.)
- Resolve operational issues and escalate complex problems to management
- Generate shift reports and performance metrics for leadership review
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless operational transitions
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in 3PL or manufacturing
- Forklift certification and OSHA 10-hour training preferred
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus)
- Reliable transportation and night shift availability
- Basic knowledge of DOT regulations
