Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ person night shift team, ensuring optimal productivity and safety compliance
- Implement inventory control protocols using WMS systems to maintain 99.8% accuracy
- Coordinate cross-functional operations including receiving, packing, and shipping departments
- Conduct daily performance reviews and implement corrective action plans
- Manage equipment maintenance schedules and OSHA compliance documentation
- Collaborate with day shift leadership to ensure operational continuity
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with night shift oversight
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training preferred
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong problem-solving skills with proven conflict resolution experience
- Ability to lift 50lbs and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Valid driver's license with clean record
