Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ night shift warehouse staff, ensuring operational excellence and safety compliance
- Coordinate inventory management, order fulfillment, and dock operations during overnight shifts
- Implement process improvements to boost efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Conduct regular safety audits and enforce OSHA protocols
- Manage cross-functional communication with day shift teams and leadership
- Utilize WMS systems for real-time inventory tracking and reporting
- Mentor team members through performance evaluations and training programs
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse/supply chain management experience with 2+ years in night shift leadership
- OSHA certification and strong knowledge of logistics safety protocols
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Operations Management preferred
