Responsibilities
- Oversee all night shift warehouse operations including inventory management, order fulfillment, and safety compliance
- Lead and mentor a team of 15-20 associates through performance coaching and conflict resolution
- Optimize workflow efficiency using WMS systems and Lean methodologies
- Conduct daily operational briefings and ensure adherence to SOPs
- Coordinate with day shift leadership for seamless transition and communication
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and increase productivity
- Manage equipment maintenance schedules and safety protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience with night shift background
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety training
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Forklift certification required
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure environments
- Associates degree in Supply Chain or Logistics preferred
