- Supervise 10-15 night shift staff including pickers, packers, and forklift operators
- Monitor inventory accuracy and implement cycle counting procedures
- Enforce OSHA safety standards and conduct daily safety briefings
- Coordinate with day shift management for seamless operational transitions
- Resolve escalated customer service issues related to order fulfillment
- Train new hires on warehouse systems and SOPs
- Generate daily productivity reports and performance metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in night shift operations
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training preferred
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong leadership skills with conflict resolution experience
- Ability to work independently in minimal supervision settings
- Basic math and inventory management skills
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent required
