Responsibilities
- Oversee nightly inventory management and order fulfillment operations
- Lead and mentor 10-15 warehouse associates during overnight shifts
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA safety protocols
- Optimize workflow efficiency using WMS systems
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and maintenance coordination
- Resolve operational issues and escalate complex problems
- Prepare shift reports and performance metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Forklift certification and heavy machinery expertise
- Proficiency in WMS software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- OSHA safety training certification
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in temperature-controlled environments
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
