- Pick and pack orders with 99% accuracy for overnight shipping
- Maintain inventory counts and warehouse organization standards
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Complete digital documentation using warehouse management systems
- Train new team members on equipment and processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Basic computer literacy with inventory software experience
- Reliable transportation for consistent night shift attendance
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
