Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate nightly warehouse operations including receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment
- Lead a team of 10-15 associates, providing training, performance feedback, and daily task assignments
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA safety protocols and company quality standards
- Optimize workflow efficiency through process improvements and technology utilization
- Conduct nightly inventory audits and discrepancy resolution
- Coordinate with day shift teams for seamless operational handoffs
- Maintain accurate documentation of daily activities, incidents, and performance metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse management experience with night shift supervision
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training credentials
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Forklift certification and material handling expertise
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development experience
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced overnight environment
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
