Responsibilities
- Process inbound/outbound shipments using RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Perform quality checks and packaging verification for outgoing orders
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Document transactions and inventory counts using digital reporting tools
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld devices
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required)
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- No prior warehouse experience necessary – training provided!
