- Oversee 15+ staff during overnight operations, ensuring safety protocols and productivity targets
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Implement process improvements and troubleshoot operational bottlenecks
- Conduct shift briefings and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with day-shift management for seamless handover
- Enforce OSHA compliance and security procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in fast-paced environment
- Forklift certification and advanced inventory management skills
- Proven ability to lead teams during overnight shifts
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficient in WMS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
