Responsibilities
- Oversee all night shift warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping
- Supervise 10-15 warehouse associates, providing training and performance feedback
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Manage inventory control systems and conduct cycle counts
- Coordinate with day shift managers for seamless operational transitions
- Resolve operational issues and implement process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in night shift environments
- OSHA certification and strong safety compliance knowledge
- Proficiency in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and inventory software
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
