Responsibilities
- Manage 15+ team members during overnight operations (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Optimize inventory workflow and ensure accurate order fulfillment
- Enforce OSHA compliance and safety protocols
- Train new hires and conduct performance evaluations
- Coordinate with day shift supervisors for seamless transitions
- Resolve operational issues using data-driven decision making
- Maintain detailed shift reports and productivity metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Available for overnight shifts including weekends
- Valid Colorado driver's license
- Spanish bilingual preferred
