- Manage 10-15 overnight team members, ensuring safety protocols and productivity standards
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments and inventory management systems
- Optimize warehouse layout and material flow for maximum efficiency
- Resolve operational issues and implement process improvements
- Conduct daily safety briefings and equipment inspections
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for night shift activities
- Collaborate with day shift supervisors for operational continuity
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with night shift background
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS systems and inventory management software
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying temperature conditions
- Valid Nebraska driver's license
- Associates degree in logistics or related field preferred
