Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ night shift staff, assigning tasks and ensuring productivity targets
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Manage inventory control systems and resolve discrepancies
- Coordinate with day-shift teams for seamless operational transitions
- Train new hires and develop staff performance plans
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflow efficiency
- Generate daily performance reports and recommend improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan)
- Strong conflict resolution and team leadership skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in climate-controlled environment
- Valid Ohio driver's license
- Flexible availability for evening/weekend shifts
