Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ team members during overnight shift operations
- Monitor inventory accuracy and implement safety protocols
- Coordinate with day shift teams for smooth handovers
- Optimize warehouse workflow using WMS systems
- Conduct quality control checks on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Resolve operational issues with minimal downtime
- Train and mentor new night shift staff
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Proficient in inventory management software
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- Forklift certification preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
