- Supervise and coordinate 10-15 night shift warehouse staff daily operations
- Optimize inventory management and order fulfillment processes
- Enforce strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards

- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical concerns
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and end-of-shift reporting
Qualifications
