Responsibilities
- Manage 10-15 person night shift team, ensuring safety protocols and productivity targets
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics for high-value pharmaceutical shipments
- Implement inventory control systems using RF scanners and WMS software
- Resolve operational disruptions and escalate critical issues to management
- Conduct pre-shift safety briefings and equipment inspections
- Generate performance reports and process improvement recommendations
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in 24/7 operations
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF technology
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to work autonomously
- Valid New York State driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- Spanish/English bilingual preferred
