Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire night shift operations, ensuring efficiency and strict adherence to production schedules.
- Supervise, mentor, and train a team of 10+ warehouse associates on safety protocols and heavy machinery operation.
- Conduct nightly inventory audits and reconcile stock discrepancies to ensure accuracy.
- Ensure all safety regulations (OSHA) are strictly followed to maintain a secure work environment.
- Manage equipment maintenance schedules and coordinate with maintenance teams for urgent repairs.
- Handle emergency situations and resolve operational bottlenecks immediately to minimize downtime.
- Prepare daily shift reports and communicate key metrics to upper management.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Supply Chain or Logistics preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse management, logistics, or a related field.
- Valid Forklift certification and proven ability to operate heavy warehouse equipment.
- Proven ability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) without fatigue.
- Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
