Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks)
- Maintain organized inventory with WMS systems
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits
- Collaborate with team leads for process improvements
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer literacy (WMS experience a plus)
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Flexible schedule with availability for 11 PM - 7 AM
- Team player with strong communication skills
