Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and package inventory in climate-controlled warehouse environment
- Operate electric pallet jacks and material handling equipment safely
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
- Participate in monthly inventory audits and process improvements
Qualifications
- Available to work Saturdays and Sundays (8 AM - 6 PM) with potential for weekday overtime
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanning devices
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
