Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move inventory efficiently
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with 99.5% accuracy
- Maintain inventory counts and cycle counts using RF scanners
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
- Coordinate with day shift team for seamless operations handover
- Train on new warehouse management systems and processes
- Participate in monthly safety and performance improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience required
- Forklift certification preferred (training available if needed)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and data entry skills
- Availability to work 11 PM - 7 AM schedule (flexible start times available)
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new technologies
