Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and package incoming shipments for accurate processing
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with strict safety protocols
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA guidelines and maintain a clutter-free work environment
- Respond to urgent client requests with precision during peak hours
- Assist in loading/unloading trucks using proper lifting techniques
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds consistently and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Unquestionable availability for 11 PM - 7 AM shifts (Monday-Saturday)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail with zero-tolerance for errors
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
