Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners
- Load/unload trucks and organize inventory in climate-controlled facility
- Maintain clean and organized workstations per OSHA standards
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Perform quality checks on incoming/outgoing products
- Collaborate with team to meet nightly production targets
- Complete digital inventory audits using warehouse management system
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Availability for night shifts (11 PM - 7 AM, Sun-Thur)
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems
- Valid driver's license preferred (for equipment operation)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
