Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain 99.9% accuracy
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently
- Load/unload trucks and organize warehouse with 5S methodology
- Conduct quality checks on products before shipping
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow efficiency
- Maintain safety compliance and report equipment issues
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner experience
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Flexible schedule availability (6 PM - 6 AM shift)
