Responsibilities
- Unload, verify, and organize incoming shipments with precision
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Pick and pack orders according to strict quality standards
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using warehouse management systems
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain clean, organized workspace
- Collaborate with team members to meet nightly productivity targets
- Document warehouse activities and report equipment malfunctions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Basic computer literacy and inventory software knowledge
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Availability to work 10 PM - 6 AM shifts (including weekends)
