Responsibilities
- Accurately process inbound/outbound shipments using RF scanners
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely
- Maintain organized inventory and warehouse cleanliness standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet nightly production quotas
- Document inventory discrepancies and report safety hazards
- Train on new warehouse technologies and processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation and consistent night shift availability
- Basic computer literacy and data entry experience
