Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Maintain accurate inventory counts through cycle counts and reconciliation processes
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and responsibly
- Inspect products for quality assurance before shipping
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Complete required documentation and shift reports accurately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new technologies
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Availability to work 10-hour shifts (6 PM - 4:30 AM) including weekends
- Valid driver's license preferred (for equipment operation)
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
