Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with a focus on 99% accuracy.
- Inventory Management: Conduct cycle counts and maintain accurate stock records using handheld scanners.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
- Material Handling: Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring proper weight distribution and safety protocols.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor organized, clean, and free of hazards during your shift.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus; however, we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management software quickly.
- Attitude: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to safety.
