As a Night Shift Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our inventory is processed accurately and shipped on time. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and a shift differential.
Responsibilities
- Receive, verify, and process incoming shipments with high accuracy.
- Pack, label, and prepare orders for distribution using industrial equipment.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure product integrity and safety standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment as required.
- Assist in inventory audits and cycle counts during the night shift.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies strictly.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory; we provide training.
- Ability to work night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar) consistently.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Physical stamina required to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
