Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain complex production machinery and equipment during the night shift.
- Perform routine diagnostics and troubleshooting to prevent equipment downtime.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and quality assurance standards.
- Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and machine performance logs accurately.
- Collaborate with day shift supervisors to ensure a seamless transition of production data.
- Identify potential mechanical issues before they escalate into costly breakdowns.
- Ensure all work areas remain clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA regulations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical, manufacturing, or industrial setting.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read technical schematics and blueprints.
- Flexibility to work rotating night shifts (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with data entry systems.
