Responsibilities
- Monitor and operate manufacturing equipment during night hours.
- Perform routine quality control inspections to ensure product standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Document production data and report any equipment malfunctions immediately.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting is preferred.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar).
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and attention to detail.
