Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks including loading, unloading, and moving materials throughout the facility.
- Operate heavy machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety regulations.
- Inspect products for quality defects and report any issues to management.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Willingness to work in varying temperatures and environments.
