Responsibilities
- Provide high-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues via phone and remote access.
- Monitor system performance and respond immediately to critical alerts during night operations.
- Document all incidents, resolutions, and troubleshooting steps in the ticketing system (Zendesk/ServiceNow).
- Collaborate with the day-shift engineering team to ensure continuity of service.
- Escalate complex issues to senior management or third-party vendors as necessary.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- 1+ years of experience in technical support, IT helpdesk, or customer service is preferred.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems with minimal supervision.
