Responsibilities

- Conduct routine system health checks to prevent downtime.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in technical support or customer service.
- Strong understanding of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during night hours.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are mandatory.
