Responsibilities
- Provide 2nd and 3rd level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues during weekend operations.
- Manage and prioritize incoming helpdesk tickets and service requests efficiently.
- Perform routine system maintenance, security updates, and backups.
- Collaborate with the onsite team to ensure seamless operations during off-hours.
- Document all technical interactions and resolutions accurately in the ticketing system.
- Onboard new employees for weekend shifts and conduct basic training sessions.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and customer service orientation.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience with remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, LogMeIn).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
