Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 Technical Support: Troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues for end-users via phone and remote desktop tools.
- Monitor System Health: Proactively monitor server performance and alerts to ensure 99.9% uptime during night operations.
- Document Resolutions: Log all incidents, solutions, and customer feedback into our CRM system accurately and efficiently.
- Escalation Management: Identify complex issues and route them to the appropriate engineering teams or senior management promptly.
- Customer Communication: Maintain a professional, empathetic, and clear communication style with internal stakeholders and external clients.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in technical support, IT help desk, or customer service (Night shift experience is a plus).
- Availability: Must be available to work 100% Night Shift (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar rotation).
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux, Active Directory, and networking fundamentals.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity and problem-solving.
- Education: Associate degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent work experience.
