Your Role
You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions that power our core infrastructure. You will work closely with the QA and DevOps teams to ensure seamless deployments during off-peak hours.
Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy robust software applications in Python and Java.
- Debug and resolve complex technical issues that arise during night maintenance windows.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define feature requirements and technical specifications.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality and security standards are met.
- Automate testing pipelines to improve system reliability and reduce downtime.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in at least two programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#).
- Experience with relational databases (SQL) and NoSQL technologies.
- Ability to work effectively in a rotating Night Shift schedule (e.g., 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
