Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality technical support via phone, email, and chat during evening hours.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues for our valued enterprise clients.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all support tickets and interactions in our CRM.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless issue resolution and handovers.
- Identify trends in customer issues and suggest process improvements for efficiency.
- Adhere to strict SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support (1+ years preferred).
- Must be available to work the night shift (e.g., 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM EST).
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude.
