We are looking for a technical leader who can bridge the gap between development and operations during our peak operational hours.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions for our 24/7 platform.
- Monitor system health, performance metrics, and error logs during night shift hours.
- Execute critical deployments and maintenance windows without supervision.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to resolve escalated technical issues.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers on the night team.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and Go (or Python).
- Experience working in a night shift or 24/7 operations environment.
- Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
