Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in ER and ICU units during night shifts
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for treatment plans
- Document patient records using Epic EMR systems
- Respond to emergencies and stabilize critical patients
- Mentor new nursing staff and maintain safety protocols
Qualifications
- Active TN RN license required
- BSN preferred (ADN accepted with 2+ years experience)
- BLS and ACLS certifications mandatory
- Minimum 1 year acute care night shift experience
- Strong critical thinking and crisis management skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 12-hour shifts
