Responsibilities
- Delage patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments with precision
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate electronic health records
- Provide emergency care for trauma and critical cases
- Educate patients and families on health management
- Adhere to JCAHO and hospital protocols
Qualifications
- Active Arizona RN license required
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Minimum 1 year ER experience preferred
- BSN degree or higher preferred
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Ability to work in high-pressure environments
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
