Responsibilities
- Perform rigorous quality control inspections on incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Monitor production lines during the night shift to identify and rectify defects or operational inefficiencies immediately.
- Document all quality control findings, incidents, and corrective actions in the centralized management system.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in adherence to OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to communicate production issues and suggest improvements for continuous workflow optimization.
- Operate and perform basic troubleshooting on inspection equipment and machinery.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in a related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in quality assurance, warehousing, or logistics preferred.
- Must be available to work nights, including weekends and holidays as required.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to detect minor defects and inconsistencies.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners or tablets.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
