- Monitor and manage inventory systems with 99.9% accuracy during overnight operations
- Coordinate cross-departmental logistics for time-sensitive shipments
- Execute quality control protocols for inbound/outbound materials
- Maintain detailed electronic records using proprietary software systems
- Respond to emergency operational protocols with decisive action
- Collaborate with remote teams across multiple time zones
- Conduct daily equipment safety inspections and preventive maintenance
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse, logistics, or operations role
- Proficiency with inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities under pressure
- Valid DC driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred
- Availability for 12-hour shifts (6 PM - 6 AM) with flexible scheduling
